What is a capsule session?
A 90-minute one-on-one consultation where we review your wardrobe needs, body measurements, and lifestyle to build a personalized 12-item shopping shortlist.
How does the alteration booking work?
After your order arrives, schedule a fitting with one of our local alteration partners directly from your order page. The $7 booking fee covers coordination; you pay the partner for the work.
Is the bundle discount automatic?
For Wardrobe+ and Concierge members, the 8% discount applies automatically when you add 3 or more items from a Complete Look bundle to your cart.
What is Returns Protection?
An optional $3.50 add-on per order that covers return shipping and waives any restocking fees, giving you completely free returns.
